Anna Maria Lenora

Researcher in Sociology at University of Catania, Department of Education.

Her current research interests follow two lines combining sociological theory- Social Policies and History of sociological thought. She published several articles concerning the link of socialization practices in family and social cohesion dynamics; the sociological theory and ideographic research method. She was member of sociological research group of SMILEY Project LLP-Comenius 2010-2012 (smileyschool.eu), making theoretical guidelines to the social mindedness concept. Between 2008 and 2014 she served lectures and laboratory on security key issues inside the course of Sociology of deviance. Now, she is research team’ member of University of Catania for the Erasmus +K2A project “Multicultural Schools – Enhancing Cultural and Linguistic Treasure of Europe through Teachers” (multicultural-schools.eu) with duration 2015-2018
